  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Custom or special-order items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

 

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at Support@ShopDentistry.com. Provide your order details and photos of the damaged product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.

 

3. Return Process

  • Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
